Wind Bends Steel is an indie game company based in Brazil.

My games are set in a very particular and unique universe, which I created specifically for all the games I intend to develop, all the details will be revealed within each game.
Philosophy
My goal with the company is to develop all the games I always had a will to, based on my personal desires and frustrations playing other games.
Since I started playing games, I always wondered about the lack of realism in certain game aspects, for instance, in an adventure game, the character can kill hundreds of enemies without ever tiring or having to eat.
In racing games we don't even see the character most of the times, we don't know who they are, where they live, and so on... It would be nice to combine life simulation with racing.
When I first played The Sims, I always had a certain anxiety not being able to leave the neighborhood and explore a full sized city, or even maybe have to actually work at a job, inside the game.
When I played GTA games, I missed the elements present in The Sims. So, why hasn't anyone ever combined both genres?
I believe the interactive entertainment industry could strongly use some of that, and so, I am determined to create deeper games, that are not just a repetition of events, but rather, are meaningful in some way, and create a more believable sense of wonder.
And are not finite or limited in their possibility of expansion, but, with more procedural systems, can be more believable in many ways.
